Current Ph.D. students



Siti Jamiah Tun Jamil graduated from University of Technology MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam with a Diploma in Building and a Bach (Hons) in Construction Management. She gained her MSc in Building Technology from University Science Malaysia (USM). Currently, she is a lecturer from Department of Building, Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Surveying in University Technology MARA (UiTM) Perak, Malaysia. She is currently undertaking her PhD in the Design and Built Environment. Her PhD is primarily about Solar Energy Application Towards Rural Community in Malaysia, focusing on the public engagement of FELDA people. She is also a Member of the Royal Institute of Surveyor Malaysia (RISM).











Ahmad Haqqi Nazali Abdul Razak currently works at the Department of Interior Architecture, Universiti Teknologi MARA (Perak). Ahmad Haqqi Nazali does research in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Environmental Engineering. His current research is in Optimized residential design for the Malaysian smart grid system and pursuing his doctoral research in the same field.

Md Hafiz Md Yasin graduated from University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) with a Diploma in Electronics Engineering and a Bach (Hons) in Electrical Engineering. Currently, he is working as an police officer in the Royal Malaysian Police. He is currently undertaking his MSc in Green Architecture focusing on the research of solar PV implementation for PDRM buildings.

Muhammad Anas bin Othman graduated from University of Technology MARA (UiTM), Perak with a Diploma in Interior Design and a Bach (Hons) in Interior Architecture from University of Technology MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam. Currently, he is a lecturer from Department of Interior Design, Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Surveying in UiTM, Malaysia. He is currently undertaking his MSc in Green Architecture focusing on the research of natural lighting strategies towards a green campus.

Muhammad Hilmi bin Dzulkefli graduated from University of Technology MARA (UiTM), Kota Samarahan with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Electronic) and a Bach (Hons) in Electrical Engineering (Power) from University of Technology MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam. Currently, he is a technical staff of a private sector handling a PFI project for UiTM Tapah. He is currently undertaking his MSc in Green Architecture focusing on the research of energy audit and efficiency for students accommodation in UITM campuses.

Khairul Azmi bin Mohamed graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Skudai, Johor with a Diploma in Architecture. Then, he continued his study in Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) with a Bach of Design (Architecture) (Hons). Currently, he is a lecturer in Civil Engineering Department in Politeknik Ungku Omar (PUO) in Ipoh, Perak. He is currently undertaking his MSc in Green Architecture focusing on research of the influence of sun shading devices in reducing solar heat gain.
